Summary

On July 31, 2019, the Residents’ Council of Fountaingrove Lodge in Santa Rosa filed a complaint with the California Department of Social Services. The issues identified in the complaint include inadequate explanation of the justification for increases in monthly fees; a complex management structure that serves to obscure financial dealings; and management’s refusal to consult in a meaningful and effective manner with residents in the budgeting process, and in management decision-making as required by CALCRA-sponsored AB 1751 (Chapter 699, 2013-2014). | Read the complaint
